These events would simply not be possible without volunteers so any help that you can give is hugely appreciated. What we do together adds a huge amount of value and pride to the whole Tweed Valley and bike community, so remember your contribution is appreciated and respected by thousands of people across the area – not just the riders who come here to join our community for the events.
We're looking for volunteers from Monday 24th September - Friday 5th October 2018. We have a variety of volunteer activities including being involved in event and course preparation (course taping, trail prep, etc.), setting up the expo and event villages, marshalling on event days (you can't get any closer to the action) and clear up day (more fun than it sounds, honest!).
Hope you're up for it! Once you let us know your availability (below) we will allocate you a specific role on any/each day you say you can help. Once this role has been allocated you will become a very important part of the event production, so please let us know as soon as possible if your availability changes.
If you volunteer on event day you will be provided with a packed lunch.
If you volunteer for at least one full day, you’ll also get an exclusive crew t-shirt (choose size below).
We'll be in contact with you by Monday 6th August 2018 to confirm roles and requirements, but if you have not heard from us please don't hesitate to get in touch by emailing Volunteers@tweedlove.com. We’re particularly keen to find people able to help on race day - 29th September.
Thanks for your help.
The Tweedlove Team
The Festival takes place in various locations mainly within Tweed Valley in the Scottish Borders. We hope that volunteers can generally arrange their own transport to event locations, however if this is not possible please let us know and we’ll help out out where possible.
